GL-300 Decoiler & Straightener
GL is one of our series of combo decoiler straightener machine for metal coil handling line. It is often equipped with servo coil feeder machine and mechanical press machine for punching.
Compared with single decoiler and straightener machine, this combined structure saves work space and make the speed more synchronized with the whole automation feeding line.
The decoiler expansion is by manual, but hydraulic expansion type is optional for you.
Meanwhile, we will compose pressing arm if the metal coil thickness is up to 2mm.
The decoiler mandrel rotate direction is from down to up.
Straightener part can be opened for easily cleaning. The straightener rollers are made from bearing steel and electroplated with chrom to achieve HRC 60-62 hardness of surface. All rollers will be tested for the concentricity with +/-0.05mm accuracy.
The frame body is subject to sand blasting with longer life time more than 10 years.
To stop the machine and protect motor, it is composed with brake and frequency inveter.
