Description

NCF Servo Feeder

This servo feeder is mechanical release type with faster speed than pneumatic release. It is driven with Yaskawa motor and controlled by Mitsubish PLC.

The standard specification is suitable for 0.1-1.6mm thickness metal sheet. But OEM/ODM is available.

Servo feeder machine has 10 memory programs stored which is suitable with injection die metal stamping.

Servo feeder machine is easy operated with Weinview, Taiwan touch screen.

Feeding rollers are electroplated with chrome and achieve HRC +/- 60 hardness. The feeding accuracy is +/-0.1mm.
