Function & Feature

It is an automatic feeder machine to realize automation feeding system in press room.

With Yaskawa servo motor, this machine has high accuracy of feeding pitch +/- 0.1mm. The feeding release type is pneumatic. For faster speed, we also have another type of mechanical.

The feeding rollers are all subject to heat treatment and electroplated with chrom to realize hardness 60-62° of surface. All rollers are do inspection of concentricity with +/- 0.05mm accuracy. In this standard, our feeder machine could keep high accuracy of feeding.

To meet with the different feeding pitch of progressive die, we could set up with 10 feeding pitch in program.

Console of feeder is optional if needed.

The color of machine could be customized.
