RF High Speed Roller Feeder

RF is the high speed roller feeder machine which equipped with high speed press machine usually. For small metal parts stamping line, this roller feeder always compact horizontal decoiler machine and C type high speed press for fast punching. It is easy to be maintained with less trouble, the feeding speed can achieve 20m/min or 600 SPM( stroke per min). The most important part of this roller feeder machine is the feeding rollers, which is electroplated with chrome to achieve hardness HRC 60-62. All feeding rollers will be tested for the concentricity with +/-0.05mm accuracy. With such high precision process, the feeding speed and accuracy of this high speed roller feeder are stable and the life time is longer.
